Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a natural phenomenon of the body and mind connection. Hypnosis, als called trance, is something everyone knows. For example, if you go to a movie where you are completely absorbed, or if you’re in the car on a long road, or just before you go to sleep at night, this are all trance experiences. Whether you’re in a trance behind the steering wheel or in a induced hypnotic trance, there is a certain part of your attention that is always monitoring for you. In trance you stay conscious and being in control.

Hypnosis helps to relax the conscious mind thereby allowing the unconscious mind to do its work! This state allows you to focus your attention to yourself, your inner experience and means you can accept positive ideas and suggestions, providing you are in rapport with the hypnotherapist who can facilitate this trance state. Hypnosis calls for complete trust between the therapist (coach) and the person being coached.
